Service information.

Clear expectations before a new website project begins.

This is a preliminary outline, not a signed customer agreement. Final terms, delivery dates, ownership and cancellation rights must be approved in writing by the authorised adult responsible for the business before payment is accepted.

Website requests

Submitting the project form does not buy a service, create an automatic debit or obligate PixelKudu Digital to accept a project. We review your request before confirming the scope, costs and timeline.

Packages and payments

Starter: R1,000 once-off setup and R499 per month (first payment R1,499). Business: R2,500 once-off setup and R999 per month (first payment R3,499). eCommerce: R4,500 once-off setup and R1,999 per month (first payment R6,499).

We currently describe manual EFT payment arrangements rather than recurring card charges. We confirm approved payment instructions and cleared funds before starting work.

Additional costs

Custom domains, external hosting, Shopify or other ecommerce platform fees, paid applications and specialised features are not automatically included. Additional costs will be presented for approval in advance.

Scope, changes and handover

The agreed written project scope determines deliverables, revisions, timelines, maintenance duties, cancellation arrangements and ownership or handover of assets. New requirements beyond the agreed scope may need a separate quotation.
