How we use information shared through PixelKudu Digital's enquiry and order forms.
Information collected
When you submit a website request, we may collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), business name, billing address, selected package and project requirements.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to you, prepare a project proposal, manage enquiries and, once configured, produce payment requests or invoices. We do not request account passwords, payment-card details or identity documents through this form.
Website and processing services
If hosted on Netlify with Forms enabled, requests may be stored and processed through Netlify Forms. Separate email, document or automation providers may be used once configured and disclosed. When the website is hosted elsewhere, the form must be connected to an appropriate processing service before accepting orders.
Retention and access
Only people authorised to handle project enquiries should access customer details. We aim to retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and applicable requirements. Requests for corrections or deletion can be sent to bulkwearsa@gmail.com.
Cookies and external content
The website may load optional hosted fonts. We do not claim to operate a tracking-free environment unless external services have been verified.
