Do I own my website and domain?
You should keep ownership of your domain and business content. The details of website files, licensed themes, hosting access and transfer rights are set out in the written agreement before work begins.
What's included in a monthly content update?
A small update could be changing business hours, editing text or replacing an image on an existing page. New pages, major redesigns, bulk product uploads and custom integrations are quoted separately.
Are Shopify and domain fees included?
No. For eCommerce sites, the Shopify plan, domain registration, paid apps and transaction fees are billed separately. Any additional costs are explained before you approve them.
How long does my website take?
Timing depends on the package and whether your text, images and business information are ready. A delivery timeline is agreed after we review your requirements.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
You can cancel recurring billing in accordance with the checkout terms. Any separate setup fee is shown before payment. Website handover, service end dates, refunds and ongoing hosting terms will be in the agreement before payment.
